TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
This agreement constitute a Legal Agreement between you ("you" , "your","customer", or "user") and Express Cleaning Team Corp. ("us" , "our", "the company"). This Agreement governs your use of our services, and our website.
By hiring our services, you agree and accept the terms and conditions of this agreement. You must be at least 18 years old to hire our services. By accessing, using or registering with our website www.expresscleaningteam.com or any portions thereof, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and any future amendments and additions to this Agreement as we may publish from time to time. Please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not agree to accept and be bound by this Agreement, you must immediately stop using our website and our services. Express Cleaning Team Corp. acceptance is expressly conditioned upon your assent to this Agreement in its entirety. If this Agreement is considered to be an offer by us, acceptance is expressly limited to this Agreement. This terms and conditions can be changed, substituted, amended, or modified at any time by us only, without notice.
Payments, Fees and Services
Our services are prepaid. Payment is due at least 24 - 72 hours prior to the services to be rendered, unless payment arrangements has been discussed and accepted by us. We accept payments thru our processors Square, or PayPal. Checks are not accepted. If you need to reschedule or cancel a service, please notify us 24 to 48 hours before the appointment. Same day changes, lockout or cancellations are subject to a $35.00 fee. If we you are subscribed to our recurring services, and your payment is not received at least 24 hour of your appointment date, we will cancel that appointment and charge you $45 on your next appointment invoice. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. All appointments dates must be confirmed by us via email. Your appointment must be booked and approved by us. Selected date is subject to availability. Our rate and time allotted per job are estimated, and does not reflect the final price or allotted time. Price is calculated using many factors, like depending on man labor-hour, frequency of service, location of service, number of employees sent, and distance. We will charge extra time depending on the distance from our office to the place of service. Oversize homes will be charged extra by the labor/hour, according to the estimate of our Home Cleaning Professionals. At the time of service, our team member professional, will do a walk around in your house, and will let you know if more or less time is needed. If at that point, you do not agree with our team member or our office with the final price, we will cancel the appointment(s) and refund any money paid by you for any pending jobs, following our policy procedures specified below on this agreement. We may send the same cleaner(s) to your home upon availability, or we may rotate them, and we will send any other professional(s) cleaner to do your job, at our discretion. When we send more than one person to do a specific job, the time to finish the cleaning should be reduced to half, remember, you are paying for the job not by the hour. Our services are as follows: Weekly meaning One Time per week, Bi-weekly meaning Once Every Two Weeks or Twice Per month, Tri-weekly once every three weeks, Monthly means Once per month. On the Bi-weekly or Tri-weekly Services in certain months of the year, there is an extra service for that month and it must be paid separately. This prices does not apply for commercial cleaning services. Commercial Cleaning prices are estimated in person and/or by our company upon a visual or a verbal agreement that must be validated with a written invoice. Our commercial cleaning are prepaid as well.
In some cases, after a job has started, it becomes impossible to finish it within a reasonable paid time, therefore, an extra time payment may be requested. A minimum of 2 hours must be purchased for service. The actual time that will take to do the job varies, and our team member may finish the job before the estimated time. Refer to the "Included Services" tab to see what is included or to the "Check list" supplied by our cleaning professional or in our website. The size of the rooms, and the clutter will determine, if more or less time is needed, which you can purchase at the time of service. Basements are not included, Fridge Inside cleaning is an extra service, and does not include the freezer. The Cleaning Professional must see and do an estimate of time and pricing to the basement to be cleaned. The price given on our website is an estimated price for a basement not to exceed 300 square feet. The prices shown for the home cleaning service are for apartments or homes not to exceed more than 1500 square feet. Oversize house will pay extra. If we have to use your products we can not guarantee the job.
All coupons and prices are subject to changes, and/or cancelled at any time without notice. Promotions and coupons are valid for limited time only. We do not give quotes thru Yelp, Facebook, Google, Instagram, or any social network.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS, LOCKOUTS, RESCHEDULES, AND REFUNDS
Absolutely no refunds, credit for service only. Any claims must be done within 24 hours after the job has been done. In the event refund is approved by us, it may take up to 7 to 10 business days to post to your account, and
we may charge a$45.00 cancellation fee.
Once you’ve made an appointment with EXPRESS CLEANING TEAM CORP we have have reserved the appointment time exclusively and respectively for you. If you cancel or reschedule less than twenty-four (24) hours from your appointment time, or if we have to cancel for non payment of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged $45.00 cancellation, reschedule, or lockout fee. We kindly ask for a 24 to 48 hours notice of cancellation/reschedule or preferably the earliest notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment however that will be subject to availability. Reschedule within 24-48 hours notice, and it will be free of charge. We are not liable for any job cancellation by our employees, independent contractors or us. We may cancel any job at any time without notice, for any reason or no reason. About rescheduling your appointments, if you reschedule your appointment in more that two consecutive times, your appointments will switched to the actual rate of which recurring date that it coincides, in example,
if your appointment is every two weeks, and you reschedule it to three weeks more than one consecutive time, your bi-weekly rate will be change to a tri weekly rate instead.
APPOINTMENTS
Our services are by appointment only. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to book your appointment. Same day nor next day appointments will be accepted subject to availability. Appointment dates and times are subject to availability.
COMMUNICATION
By entering your email or phone number you authorize Express Cleaning Team Corp. to send you text messages and email regarding your appointment or promotional material.
Restrictions
We love pets, but due to health hazards, our team is not allowed to clean or pick up pets or human waste or liquids, nor clean clogged toilets, sinks, bathtubs etc. Homes with Bed Bugs infestation will not be serviced, we encourage you to hire specialized trained companies that deal with that type of infestation. Our team can reject and cancel any job that is abusive, and/or excessive amount of work, i.e. clutter of any kind, Construction waste, floor, doors, or wall paint stains or stains of any kind, rug stains, cement, plaster, chewing gum on the floors, stickers, etc., which at that point, our team or office will explain to the customer the issues.
We bring our cleaning supplies, except in the event that you want us to use your cleaning products, in that case we will not guarantee our job. Other exceptions are that we will not supply garbage bags or clean leather or furniture with our cleaning products, if you supply the cleaning product for your leather or furniture, we are NOT LIABLE for any stains or damages produced by the use of your products, specially the leather or cloth covers. You assume full responsibility for the cleaning of any furniture with either the use of your products or our products.
We strive to perform our job to your complete satisfaction, but due to liability, our team is not allowed to move any furniture over 20 pounds, or step on any ladder, counters, or chair to do their job. All the cleaning are to reachable areas, we will not use ladders, steps, screwdrivers or tools to reach or clean any appliances or surfaces. We do not deal nor remove mold or mildew infestation, roaches, bed bugs, or insects of any kind. We do not take out or clean any water stains, soap stains, or marks on walls or floors. Doors and/or Walls are not included. Blinds, venetian blinds, or any kind of blind, vents cleaning, fan cleaning, are services that we DO NOT offer. We do not remove Smoke odors, stains, crayon marks, wax or chewing gum on carpets, walls, tables, dining tables, or floors, it is not included in the services we provide, please refer to "INCLUDED SERVICES" tab to see the included services. Heavily soiled carpets are not included. On the moving in / out cleaning services or in any service we provide, we will not remove any furniture or junk, or construction debris. Walls are not included in any cleaning service. We use a variety of eco-friendly products, but in many cases we must use some other products. Also on the Moving In/Out service the apartment must be empty. In the event that your apartment is empty and you need a regular cleaning, we will charge you $95.00 Emptied Apartment Service Fee.
Express Cleaning Team Corp., nor its employees, independent contractors, owners, or management, can assume no liability for any damages or breakage caused by our cleaners accidentally due to mistakes or unstable bases, ceramic walls, stands, sink leaks or broken pipes, pictures or frames insecurely hung, broken glassware, stains, stains to floors or carpets or counters or tables, scratches due to unprotected furniture legs, or loose parts, loose shower doors, scratches or damage to any surface, etc. regardless of its monetary value or sentimental value(s). Customer should advise our Cleaning Professional of any particular places where it should be extremely cautious. We do no accept claims past 24 hours of service. Our service is provided to you "AS IS" at your own risk.
Express Cleaning Team Corp. in some cases is not the employer of the Professional Cleaner. They may be independent contractors supplying a service to you thru our company. We conduct a background checks to all employees, contractors, and subcontractors via a third party service company. By hiring our services, you agree and hold no liable Express Cleaning Team Corp., owners or management for any damage or conduct of the Professional Cleaner that visit your home to do the job you requested.
