OTHER EXTRA SERVICES:

  • MOVING IN/OUT CLEANING SERVICES:  same as above but in a more thorough way of cleaning.   We will sanitize the areas to be cleaned to remove bacteria and viruses to an acceptable level as determined by public health standards and requirements.  Cabinets and other Appliances will be cleaned outside only, but it can be cleaned inside at an extra fee.  House must be empty.  

  • POST CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION CLEANING:  Same as above, but it will take more time to remove the dust.  Walls are not included.  We will not remove any construction debris nor furniture.  Please refer to our Terms of Service.

  • DEEP CLEANING SERVICES:  Deep cleaning goes further than regular cleaning. The main difference is in the level of detail.  Deep cleaning is more extensive.  
  • It is a highly dedicate thorough cleaning using our special multipurpose cleaning products.  It is recommended for moving in services and bathrooms.  We will use chemicals to kill, not simply remove bacteria and viruses.  We will go over everything you never wanted to know about disinfecting in a bit. 
We do not offer mold removal, stain removal, exterior window cleaning, insect nor infestation removal.  Other restrictions apply.
